Terms & Conditions for the Dog Field

So we can keep Hawkeridge Dog Field running smoothly and in perfect condition for every visitor (2 and 4 legged), we have a number of terms and conditions that need to be followed so please familiarise yourself of them.

  1. Hawkeridge Dog Field has the right to ask you to leave the field and refuse any future booking if individuals are not following the terms and conditions of use
  2. The Dog Field and car park areas are used at your own risk
  3. All bookings are to be made in advance and online
  4. It is your responsibility to clean up after your own dog/s.  Poo bags and bins are provided
  5. Your time starts on the hour of your booked slot for 50 minutes.  Please leave immediately so the 10 minute crossover time is adhered to.  If for any reason you arrive early, please wait in your car until your alloted time slot
  6. Children are welcome but the enrichment equipment is provided for the dogs.  Therefore, please don’t allow your children to climb on the equipment.  Any equipment damaged during your session must be reported
  7. Whilst we want you to have a great time, please respect out neighbours and keep any loud noises/excessive barking to a minimum
  8. All rubbish must be taken home with you or placed in the bins provided
  9. Smoking and vaping is not permitted at The Dog Field
  10. Please keep all gates shut at all times
  11. The Dog Field is checked regularly for any damages but please report any if spotted or caused
  12. Refunds are not issued for bad weather and wet ground conditions
  13. If any unforeseen events occur where The Dog Field has to close, any affected customers will be contacted and refunded
  14. Banned breeds are welcome to The Dog Field however, they must comply with the DEFRA guidelines.  They should only be using The Dog Field with dogs from the same household and leads/muzzles must be used from the car to The Dog Field.  It is also recommended that you notify us about your banned breed.  Please email enquiries@hawkeridgedogfield.co.uk just to make us aware
  15. Even though we welcome multiple dogs each session, we are restricted to a maximum of 2 vehicles per session
